TGV Sraac has informed that it enclosed the information regarding Loss of Share Certificates from Shareholder(s) received from RTA Aarthi Consultants with a request to Issue Duplicate Share Certificates in lieu thereof as details enclosed. The RTA Aarthi Consultants, Hyderabad, is verifying the documents submitted by the applicant(s). If the application / documents / information submitted by the applicant(s) is/are not as per the guidelines, RTA will send necessary communications requesting them to submit the same. Upon receipt of all Information / Documents, RTA will take necessary steps for Issue of Duplicate Share Certificates and a LETTER OF CONFIRMATION will be issued within Statutory Time Limit from the Date of Receipt of Relevant Information / Documents.
