Further informed that the copies of the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 are enclosed. The Company has made arrangement for release of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 in the newspapers as per the requirement of the Listing Regulations.
