EPACK Durable has received approval for the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) with the proposed name as EPACK Manufacturing Technologies or such other name as may be approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The company will subscribe to 10,000 equity shares at face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 1 lakh in cash. The WOS will engage in the manufacturing of Air Conditioners and home appliances including washing machines, refrigerators and other small domestic appliances.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held November 12, 2024, has approved the same.
EPACK Durable is an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) of room air conditioners.
