Ironwood Education has received approval from board to sell 1,20,000 equity shares (2.08%) in Maple Leaf Trading and Services (MLTSL) at Rs 21.65 per share amounting to Rs 25,98,000. MLTSL is non core business asset that does not align with long term strategic goals of the company. The board at their meeting held on November 13, 2024 has approved the same.
