S&S Power Switchgear has informed that it has submitted the un-audited financial result (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 as approved by the Board of directors in its meeting held on 13-11-2024. With reference to the same, it has noticed an additional column which is not required as per SEBI format, is reflected under the head ‘full year ended 31-03-2023’ in page number 10 and 12. It has removed the aforesaid additional columns and a copy of the updated un-audited financial result (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 is enclosed.
