Happy Forgings has obtained an order to supply precision-engineered, machined components from North American manufacturer of power generation equipment for industrial, commercial and residential applications. The said order is for period of a minimum of five years and extendable thereafter. The supplies will commence in Q2FY26 and continue through FY31. The size of order is around Rs 28 crore p.a. on fully ramped up supply volumes and around Rs 135-145 crore for the contract period.
