Grand Foundry has informed that request has been received from Purva Sharegistry (I), Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of the Company for issue of duplicate share certificate in lieu of originals stated to have been lost/ misplaced. It enclosed the letter received from RTA comprising the details of shareholder. Pursuant to SEBI Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/70 dated 25 th May, 2022, the Company shall issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholder of the Company, within the prescribed timelines, after completing the required statutory formalities.
