Ajcon Global Services has informed that Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 with regards to submission of Disclosures of Related Party Transactions (RTPs) to Stock Exchange, is not applicable to the Company as per Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 as the Paid Up Equity Share Capital and Net Worth of the Company were less than 10 Crore and 25 Crore respectively as on 30.09.2024. Further informed that, whenever this Regulation become applicable to the Company at a later date, we will comply with the provisions of Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 within six months from the date on which the provisions become applicable to the Company.
