Pursuant to the authority granted by the Shareholders vide Postal Ballot dated August 23, 2024, Kernex Microsystems (India) has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Thursday, 14th November 2024, approved the grant of 43,000 Stock Options to the eligible employees of the Company, in terms of Kernex Employees Stock Options Scheme 2023 (‘KMIL ESOS 2023’). The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as ‘Annexure –A’.
