ZIM Laboratories’ wholly owned subsidiary -- ZIM Laboratories FZE, Sharjah has incorporated subsidiary namely ‘ZIM Scientific Office L.L.C’ in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With this, the newly incorporated subsidiary become step-down subsidiary of the company.
The incorporation of step-down subsidiary is with an objective of expansion and development of business in the MENA region.
ZIM Laboratories manufactures, formulates, and distributes drug delivery systems to develop generic pharmaceutical products.
