Pursuant to Regulation 39 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement), Regulation, 2015, Shree Hari Chemicals Export has informed that the Company has received an intimation regarding loss of share certificates from the shareholder, Bhagwan S Gadhari (Folio No: 00005751) as details enclosed. In accordance with the circular issued by SEBI dated 25.01.2022, the application for issue of duplicate share certificate shall be processed in dematerialized form by way of a letter of confirmation to be issued to the applicant. The applicant shall thereafter lodge the same with a depository participant to facilitate credit of shares in his demat account.
