20 Microns has incorporated Joint Venture (JV) company in name of Sievert 20 Microns Building Materials in India on November 19, 2024, with an issued share capital of Rs 5 crore divided into 50 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each, inter alia to carry on business of production of construction chemicals and building material related products.
Earlier in January, the company had entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Sievert Baustoffe Auslandsbeteiligungen GmbH, (Sievert) a Germany based company, on January 25, 2024 for the purposes of establishing a JV company in India.
20 Microns is engaged in Business of Industrial Micronised Minerals and Speciality Chemicals.
