Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Dynamic Cables has informed that Mahesh Inderjit Singhla (Assistant Vice President-Production), Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation vide his resignation letter dated November 19, 2024 due to personal engagement. A copy of the said resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure-B. The Company has accepted his resignation and will relieve him from the duties with effect from closure of business hours of November 20, 2024.
