Mid-size IT services company, Mindtree has restructured its two main operating business units for better predictability. The company has merged its product engineering services (PES) business which used to account over 30% of its revenues with Hitech services vertical.
Meanwhile, the company will no more have separate CEOs for these business units. The company earlier used to have two main operating business units – IT services and PES.
MindTree offers IT services across the consumer goods value chain, spanning product development and manufacturing intelligence systems, supply chain execution and optimization solutions and customer and consumer management solutions.
