In this regard, it has informed that Dr Rupinder Tewari and Dr. Kuldip Kumar Bhasin are not disqualified / debarred from being appointed to the office of Director(s) by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other authority. Relevant disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I and Annexure II.
