Bambino Agro Industries has informed that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on Monday, 25th November, 2024 to consider and approve the following items; The 41th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 26th December, 2024 through Video-Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM); Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 20th December, 2024 to 26th December, 2024 for the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company; The Company has decided that, Thursday, 19th December, 2024 will be the ‘Record Date’ for determining the members eligible to receive dividend for the Financial Year 2023-2024.
