With reference to email in regard to delay in submission of financial results, Global Infratech & Finance has informed that the Company has submitted Financial Results, both Audited and Un-Audited for last 7 quarters, which were pending since long and were in violation of Regulation 33. Post issuing of NCLT Order and in order to discharge responsibilities of IRP, results have been submitted in bunch to comply with requisite LODR Regulations. Further, submission of 7 quarters of results have taken more time then prescribed time limits to upload results and hence excess time of about 5 minutes have been taken to upload results. The delay was not intentional but was circumspective, hence be condoned.
