Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Modern Dairies has informed that the Company Modern Dairies has fully paid the Punjab National Bank (PNB) as per their sanction, OTS amount of Rs 45.94 Cr (Rupees Forty-Five Crore Ninety-Four Lacs) along with the due interest, as full and final settlement of all its dues. The PNB has issued No Dues Certificate dated 26th November 2024 to the Company. Further informed that Canara Bank is yet to issue No Dues Certificate to the Company.
