Global Offshore Services has informed that the Shares / Warrants Allotment Committee at its Meeting held today i.e. November 28, 2024, allotted 1,19,000 Equity Shares upon conversion of Warrants to Non-Promoter. Further informed that with the above allotment of Shares, all the Warrant holders holding an aggregate of 15,62,500 Warrants, have opted to convert the Warrants into Shares and the entire Preferential Allotment made by the Company in June, 2024 is completed.
