With reference to earlier disclosure dated 22nd November, 2024, Stanley Lifestyles has informed that ABS Seating, its subsidiary has complied with the direction issued by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner’s Office (Employees' Provident Fund Organization), SRO-Okhla, New Delhi, by remitting the payment of ?23,697 as interest on delayed provident fund contributions. The payment was made on 22nd November 2024, and the payment receipt and acknowledgement are enclosed as Annexure-A for reference. They confirmed that the subsidiary has complied with the said order, and there are no pending obligations in this regard.
