Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Aditya Birla Capital has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination Remuneration & Compensation Committee & Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of Kamalakar Nayak as Chief Compliance Officer (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company with effect from 03 December 2024. Santosh Haldankar, the current Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of the Company, has stepped down from his role as CCO upon the appointment of Nayak. However, he will continue to serve as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, in compliance with the SEBI Listing Regulations. The details required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is enclosed as ‘Annexure’.
