Venus Remedies has received approval for establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Hungary, by its wholly owned subsidiary Venus Pharma GmbH, Germany, to enhance market presence in eastern Europe. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on November 29, 2024 approved the same.
