Brightcom Group has informed that the Board of Directors of Brightcom Group, at its meeting today, November 30th, 2024, has approved the appointment of the following individuals as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company- Paladugu Venkata Subba Rao; Deepika Daliya. The appointments are subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Company Act 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
