Ramco Systems, Afcons Infrastructure and L&T to see some action today

Ramco Systems has entered into a partnership with Hanjin Information Systems & Telecommunication Co., (HIST), a leading ICT services company and a subsidiary of the Hanjin Group, Korea. This partnership leverages the company’s next-gen aviation maintenance software in collaboration with HIST’s expertise in IT consulting for the aviation industry. Together, both the parties will enable the aviation organizations headquartered in Korea to digitally transform their M&E and MRO operations.

Afcons Infrastructure has completed longest tunnelling drive between the Tughlakabad Airforce Launching Shaft and Maa Anandmayee Marg Station on the Tughlakabad-Aerocity corridor for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) in Delhi Metro Phase-4. The DC-07 package includes three stations, 11.26 km of tunnelling, a 223-meter ramp, and a 119-meter cut-and-cover section. The three underground stations are Maa Anandmayee Marg Station, Tughlakabad Railway Colony Station, and Tughlakabad Station.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has raised Rs 1,500 crore through the allotment of 1,50,000 7.19% Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1 lakh each. The said NCDs would mature on December 5, 2034 and the interest would be paid on an annual basis. The said Debentures are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India.

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) has made further investment by acquiring an additional equity stake of 3% in Arunodaya Hospitals, subsidiary company of the company. Consequently, the company now holds 70.66% of the total paid-up equity share capital of Arunodaya Hospitals.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) has signed contract for construction and delivery of second ship from series of the four additional vessel 7500 DWT Multi-Purpose Vessels (MPV) on December 4, 2024 at Hamburg, Germany. Earlier, the company had signed a contract with the Transport Department, Government of West Bengal, for the delivery of 13 hybrid ferries on November 19, 2024.

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has acquired 55.26% equity shares of Systems and Components (India) (S&C) on December 4, 2024 pursuant to the Share Purchase and Share Holders’ Agreement (SPSHA). As a result, S&C has become subsidiary of the company with effect from December 4, 2024. The cost of acquisition is Rs 15.50 crore.
