Samvardhana Motherson International has informed that the Board of Directors of the company (SAMIL) at its meeting held on December 6, 2024, approved an acquisition via a 100% subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V (‘SMRP B.V.’) (SAHN B.V.). Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, details of proposed acquisition are enclosed as Annexure A. Further, an investor presentation is also enclosed as Annexure B. The Board Meeting of the Company commenced at 1100 Hours (IST) and concluded at 1220 Hours (IST).
