IKIO Lighting’s wholly owned subsidiary -- IKIO Solutions’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Royalux LLC has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Metco Engineering Inc. (A public contracts engineering design company with ESCo registration, having place of business at Texas USA) for supply of energy saving products, including but not limited to solar panels, LED lighting solutions, other energy - efficient products as mutually agreed upon.
