With reference to earlier letter dated August 24, 2024 informing regarding intimation/request received for loss of share certificate/ issue of duplicate share certificate from a shareholder, Saroj Lohiya, Orient Cement has further informed that upon receipt of all the required documents as per the prescribed formats and after due verification, the duplicate shares have been duly credited directly to the demat account of the concerned shareholder/claimant after the issuance of Letter of Confirmation to them within a stipulated time period of 120 days from the issuance of the letter to the Depository Participant by the RTA in accordance with SEBI guidelines.
