Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NOCIL has informed that Company has received an Intimation on 6th December, 2024 from Kfin Technologies (formerly known as Kfin Technologies), the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (‘RTA’), regarding loss of share certificates and issue letter of confirmations and in that respect relevant details are enclosed. Accordingly pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022 letter of confirmations will be issued in lieu of duplicate share Certificates only after the necessary formalities are carried out.
