With reference to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company for issue of secured, redeemable, taxable, rated, non-convertible debentures on private placement basis, intimated by the Company vide its letter referred above on September 09, 2024, PNB Housing Finance has informed that the Company has issued, till date, non-convertible debentures through private placement as per the details provided in the Annexures. This update is pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
