Accedere has received approval to purchase commercial property at Andheri West, Mumbai, for a total consideration of Rs 2.5 crore. The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on December 9, 2024, has approved the same.
Earlier, the company had incorporated wholly owned subsidiary with the name ‘Accedere Tech’ in Dubai for AI-based Cybersecurity consultancy services, Software Development, and expansion in the Middle East area.
