Brookfield India Real Estate Trust REIT has informed that the Issue Committee of the board of directors of Brookprop Management Services (Manager), the manager to Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (Brookfield India REIT), through its resolution passed on December 9, 2024, has considered and approved the un-audited proforma condensed combined financial statements of Brookfield India REIT and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 March 2024 and selected explanatory notes for the year ended March 31, 2024 , and has taken note of the auditor’s report in relation to the un-audited proforma condensed combined financial statements, for inclusion in the preliminary placement document and placement document, in relation to the proposed institutional placement.
