Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Poonawalla Fincorp has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on December 09, 2024, granted 60,000 stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan-2024- Scheme- II (‘ESOP-2024 - Scheme -II’) ? Tranche ? 22 to the eligible employee(s) of the Company at an exercise price of Rs 356.15/-. These stock options shall vest as per the vesting schedule as mentioned in ESOP- 2024- Scheme- II. The grant of the above stock options is in line with the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits & Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 as amended from time to time.
