Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rathi Bars has informed that Anamika Shukla, Company Secretary of the Company has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from December 09, 2024. Consequent to her resignation, Anamika Shukla also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. The resignation has been accepted on December 09, 2024 and she is relieved from her services with effect from December 09, 2024. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are given in Annexure A.
