In reference to the letter dated November 23, 2022, regarding approval of the Board of Directors for transferring the Company’s property situated at Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana, admeasuring 1.75 lakh sq.ft. by way of perpetual lease to various parties, subject to receipt of requisite approvals and vide letters dated July 1, 2024 and November 12, 2024; Neuland Laboratories has informed about transfer of parts of the said property by way of perpetual leases, for a total consideration of Rs. 94.50 crores, for such transfers. The Company has transferred final part of the said Property by way of perpetual lease, for a consideration of Rs. 23.45 crores.
