Flex Foods has informed that vide letter no. FFL/SEC/2024 dated 13th December, 2024, the Company had informed in terms of Regulation 39(3) of Chapter IV of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the details of duplicate share certificate(s) issued by the Company on 13.12.2024. While submitting the details, inadvertently incorrect share certificate numbers were mentioned. They regret for the above mentioned and hereby submit revised details of duplicate share certificate(s) issued by the Company on 13.12.2024 as per ‘Annexure - A’ attached. Further, in terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, a letter of confirmation will be issued to the Shareholders / claimants upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates.
