Saurashtra Cement has informed that the Company has issued Duplicate Share Certificates in lieu of the lost/misplaced, details whereof are enclosed. The said Duplicate Share Certificates were issued on 13 December 2024. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/M/RSD/MIRSD-RTAMB/P/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022 a letter of confirmation will be issued to the securities holder claimant upon completion of necessary procedures.
