In order to comply with Clause 41 of Listing Agreement, Global Infratech And Finance has informed that it enclosed, revised Provisional Financial Results (Un-audited) for the 1st quarter ended on 30th June 2024 (Q-I) together with ‘Limited Review Report’ by Statutory Auditors. There is no change in these unaudited results and only a note has been inserted explaining the reason for not having any income or expenses during the Quarter, apart from expenses incurred by RP (Due to NCLT process).
