Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Transcorp International has informed that a fine of Rs. 5,000 is imposed on the Company by BSE as per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 (Chapter-VII(A)-Penal Action for Non-Compliance), issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for late submission of related party transactions for the half year ended September 2024 under Regulation 23 (9). The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given in the enclosed Annexure - I.
