Waaree Energies has informed that the Company has today received orders for 2 projects aggregating 398 MW, for the supply of solar modules. The orders are for projects of 249 MW and 149 MW, respectively, from a renowned customer engaged in the business of owning, developing and operating renewable power projects in India. The details/disclosures in respect of such contract, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are provided in the enclosed Annexure-A.
