Clean Science and Technology has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company by way of circular resolution on 18th December, 2024 has approved allotment of 2,001 Equity Shares of face value of Re 1 each to the eligible employees under Clean Science and Technology Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021 (CSTL ESOS 2021). Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 10,62,64,253 (consisting of 10,62,64,253 Equity Shares of Re 1 each) to Rs 10,62,66,254 (consisting of 10,62,66,254 Equity Shares of Re.1 each). Also enclosed the statement pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
