Manba Finance has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 27 January, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2024; Declare Second Interim Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company; The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid Interim dividend shall be 5th February, 2025, subject to the approval of the Second Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors. The Company will close the trading window for the earnings release of the quarter ending December 31, 2024, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. Accordingly, the trading window will be closed from December 20, 2024 and will re-open on January 29, 2025.
