AION-Tech Solutions has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Roqit Greenfleet Digital Solutions’. Earlier, Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 14, 2024 had accorded their approval for investment of upto Rs 1.69 crore in tranches depending upon the fund requirement in the wholly owned subsidiary and for every tranche of investment, the wholly owned subsidiary company would allot shares to the Company.
Now, the Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company has been incorporated and pursuant to the approval of the Board, the investment is yet to be infused, and necessary details would be provided in due course.
