Onmobile Global has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of OnMobile Global will be closed for Designated Persons and Insiders from January 01, 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting in which the financial results are to be approved will be advised in due course.
