DiGiSPICE Technologies has informed that Binu Varghese, Vice President- Legal and senior management personnel under the Listing Regulations, will be taking on the same role at Spice Money, a material Subsidiary of the Company effective 1st January, 2025. Hence, he will cease to be senior management personnel of the Company with effect from aforementioned date. The brief details in this regard, as prescribed under SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 read with Para 7 of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, are enclosed.
