Pursuant to the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, incompliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons (Code), Kanoria Chemicals & Industries has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Shares of the Company by the ‘Designated Persons' shall remain closed from 1st January 2025 till the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended 31st December 2024 and two days thereafter. During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window will remain closed, no trading in the Shares of the Company shall be made by the Designated Persons within the meaning of the Code. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended 3pt December 2024 will be intimated in due course.
