The Resignation Letter received from Vaishali Gagnani is attached as per Annexure B. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities with effect from close of business hours on Wednesday, 01st January 2025. Further, the company will very soon appoint a designated person as a compliance officer and inform the stakeholders and BSE in due course.
