Melstar Information Technologies gets nod to acquire 51% stake in Plexus Aviation Services

Melstar Information Technologies has received approval for the acquisition of 51% stake in Plexus Aviation Services. Objects of acquisition are immediate access to a ready platform for business; experienced staff from Plexus, enhancing operational expertise; and accelerating growth, expanding capabilities, and strengthening market position. The acquisition is expected to be completed by March, 2025. Cost of acquisition is upto Rs 3 crore. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on December 21, 2024 has given the in-principle approval for the same.

Melstar Information Technologies is one of the major IT solution providers to the Banking, Insurance, Government and IT sectors.
