The company has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the code) shall remain closed with effect from 1st January 2025 to 26th January 2025.
