In accordance with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Sagar Cement has informed that the Trading Window for the shares of the company will remain closed from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the date of the declaration of its un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months period ending 31st December, 2024 after their approval by its Board at its meeting, the date of which will be fixed and intimated in due course. Accordingly, all the Directors, key management personnel, all the designated persons and other connected persons of its company and its subsidiaries have been advised not to enter in to any transactions involving the shares of the company during the above said trading window closure period.
