Pursuant to the provisions applicable to the listed entity under SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations 2015 read with the clarification regarding the trading restriction period issued by BSE Ltd vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019, Aveer Foods has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Promoters, members of the Promoter Group Designated persons and Insiders of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 will be informed separately in due course.
